What happens after I place an order?
After you complete the checkout process, a "Thank You" page will appear which will display your online order confirmation number. This number confirms that your order has been placed successfully.

An emailed order confirmation will also be sent to the email address that was entered at the time of order. Once the order has been processed and shipped, we will send you an e-mail containing your order number, order details and tracking information (tracking is only available for instock orders). If there are any problems with your order, a Dealer Services Representative will contact you by phone or e-mail.

What if I do not receive an order confirmation via e-mail?
You should receive a copy of your online order confirmation via e-mail within an hour of placing your order. However, if you do not receive this message, please contact us at 800-780-2402 to ensure that your order was received and is being processed.

Can I change the items on my order, delivery address or ship method?
We can change the items on your order, delivery address, or ship method as long as your order has not been processed. Please contact us at 800-780-2402 from 8:00am to 5:00pm CST the day you place your order to make the change.

Which pay methods are accepted?
We accept the following major credit cards: American Express, Discover Card, MasterCard, and VISA. If you would like to setup a Net Terms Purchasing Account, click here to access our credit application. Upon approval, you will be provided with a login for the website where you can place and track your orders. At this time we are not able to provide customers who purchase with a credit card a login for ordering.

When will my credit card be charged?
We will obtain authorization for the credit card charges when we process your order. Your credit card will actually be charged when your order is shipped. You will not be charged for backordered items until they are available for shipping. If we are unable to secure authorization, you will be contacted by one of our Dealer Services Representatives.

When will I receive an invoice if I have a Net Terms Account?
 An invoice will be generated at the time that your order ships. An invoice will be emailed to the email address provided on the credit application. You will need to pay the invoice within the terms limit otherwise your account could be placed on credit hold and no future orders processed until the invoice has been resolved. You will not be charged for backordered items until they are available for shipping.

When will my order ship?
After we receive your order it is processed for payment, and verified for accuracy. Most in-stock orders placed by 3:30pm CST ship the next business day. Orders received after 3:30pm CST will ship the following business day.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Instock orders should arrive within 1-4 business days from the day it ships from our warehouse, depending on the delivery address and ship method. Please allow additional delivery time for drop ship and personalized products. Please see our Shipping Policy for more detailed information on our delivery times, and ship methods.

How do I check out?
When you have added all the items you wish to order to your shopping cart, click on the "Checkout” button and proceed as instructed. Once you have completed all checkout steps you will receive an order confirmation number.

Why am I having problems ordering?
To order from our site, you need a SSL compliant browser and your browser preferences must be set to accept "cookies". For best results we recommend using Google Chrome or Firefox.

Why is my shopping cart empty?
You may not have selected a quantity for the item you wish to order. At the product page, select the product or products you wish to purchase, enter the quantity you wish to order, and click on the "Add to Cart" button on the bottom of the page. This should add the selected products to your shopping cart. If your product is still not showing up in your shopping cart, your browser may not be set to accept "cookies". Our site uses cookies to keep track of the items in your shopping cart. We do not include personal or billing information in these cookies, so there is no security risk in accepting them. You may change your browser option to accept cookies in the preference menu selection for your browser. You can also place your order with Sid Savage by calling 800-780-2402.

What are the advantages of creating a Net Terms Account?
Upon being approved for a Net Terms Account you will be issued a user name and password for the Dealer Supply Warehouse website. This will allow you to login, review products and pricing, place and track orders as well as many other features.

I have ordered this item before, how can I order it quicker?
Visit the Order by History section of the website after logging in. This section keeps a running tally of all items that have been ordered on the website so if you need to re-order you can simply locate the item, enter your quantity and click add to cart. Then continue the checkout process to complete your order. This is only avaialble to customers with Net Terms Accounts.
